At Silver Beads Jewelry it is very important to us that you love your purchase and we put a lot of care into every design that we create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, you may return it to us within 10 Days of receipt for a full REFUND, CREDIT or EXCHANGE.
You will also be able to track your order online using the AWB number of your parcel.
The details of the AWB number and the link to tracking website will be mailed to you once the order is dispatched from our center.
When an item has already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours (For International buyers) and 24 hours (For domestic buyers) of placing an order.
When it is agreed by all parties that the order is to be cancelled then a 20% cancellation fee for the total sale amount may apply.
If the item is a special order with specific measurements, finger size, diamond weights etc., & not a standard stock line then the sale is considered final sale & cannot under any circumstances be cancelled. |
